# "Shows innovation and good developer support!"on December 18, 2011 by cubbybgood
Pros: The Vita has a large OLED screen, gyro motion sensors, a touch screen, a back touch pad and 2 anilog droysticks. This alows game divelopers to really make some cool games that use different combonations of the Vita hardware.
Cons: Expensive but does show good value for the money.
internal battery. Only lasts 3-5 hours.
Summary: I really dislike when people give a rating to a product that they don't even have. It's so unnecessary. The Vita doesn't even release till Feb in the US and Europe so why not leave un-educated comments elsewhere.
I think the PS Vita has a lot of innovation going for it. The back touch pad that you say is useless ktm2000 can have innovative use in games things more interactive. We all know that more interaction with games can be fun like with the successful Wii and Xbox connect.
Those that think the Sony Vita will flop I think will be wrong. It has already shown great success in the Japanese release on Dec 17th.
By the way... PS Vita Price Games are not 40 pounds. they are 25 pounds or $40 US.
#"Great little machine with minimal launch flaws..."on December 20, 2011 by Mytelex22
Pros: - OLED screen comparable to SGS2 (which means great!)
- Feels comfortable in hand
- Touch screen very responsive
- Thumbsticks feel sturdy and precise
- Amazing graphics!
- Battery life good for "realistic" on-the-go gaming
Cons: - PSone games "currently" not compatible
- My US PSN PSP games not showing up either (Maybe because it's not out in US? IDK)
- Remote play look like it's still coded for PSP (grainy look, can't play PS3 games), so no real Vita specific compatibility
Summary: All in all, a very good start for the life of the Vita. I would have wanted full backwards compatibility from the start but such is the life of an early adopter. I am very sure that Sony will address the issues I stated in my cons list before the end of 2012 Q1, so I'll change my score to 5 stars then.
